FNS (ФНС) - Federal Taxation Service. Also it stores all the data about checks. The thing is, you cannot just query data directly. But there is another way. There exists [one great OFD](https://ofd.ru), that allows "route" that request to FNS and get the data.
To make a request to FNS (using OFD), you need to do the following in OFD tab:
1. Choose path to the image of a check, that contains a QR code.
2. In a new dialog you need to zoom to the QT code and adjust contrast, if needed.
3. Press "ok". If the program anyways cannot recognize QR code, press "cancel" and enter appropriate data manually.
4. Press "Parse".
5. In a new dialog, solve a captcha.
